OSCA Lifetime Achievement Award Application

OSCA awards provide an opportunity for the association to recognize and show appreciation for the accomplishments of school counselors, counselor educators, administrators and legislators across Ohio. 

The OSCA Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an OSCA member who has contributed to the school counseling profession with excellence for 15 years or more. Nominees as well as the person submitting the nomination for this award must be members of OSCA.

Deadline: Award applications are only accepted from January thru April 30 of each year. Award recipients will be recognized at the 2025 Ohio School Counselor Conference on October 16, 2025.

Note: Applicants will be asked to upload a letter of support describing how the nominee has promoted or supported the school counseling profession.
