Emerging Leader Program
The Emerging Leader Program is an opportunity for OSCA to identify potential leaders who get an introduction to service on the board. OSCA emerging leaders attend board meetings, assist with committees and learn the ins and outs of the organization. Up to five (5) emerging leaders are selected each year.

Application Process: Individuals interested in becoming an Emerging Leader must complete an online application. A committee will review all applicants and select no more than three (3) Emerging Leaders each year.
